7.1 Ownership
Unless otherwise indicated, the design, structure, software, text, graphics, logos, trade names, trademarks and other content created by Tree Commerce for Mercadete.com belong to Tree Commerce or are used under license or authorization.
7.2 Third-party content
Photographs, trademarks, names, logos, product sheets and descriptions belonging to manufacturers, suppliers or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
7.3 Limited license to use
The user receives only a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for legitimate purposes of purchasing and using the services.
7.4 Unauthorized uses
Unless otherwise authorized, it is prohibited to substantially copy the Site; reproduce or exploit content for commercial purposes; use the trademarks of Mercadete or Tree Commerce; create derivative works; engage in unauthorized scraping; remove intellectual property notices; or use content to impersonate or create confusion about an affiliation with Mercadete.
7.5 Reporting possible infringements
A person who believes that certain Mercadete content infringes their rights may send a notice detailed enough to identify the rights holder, the work or right affected, the content in question, its location, contact details and an explanation of the claim. Tree Commerce may investigate, restrict or remove content where appropriate.
