We reach all 15 provinces. At checkout you enter the province, the municipality and the address of the person who will receive the order.
Delivery times
Timings vary by product type and delivery area. You'll see an estimate at the time of purchase and, once payment is confirmed, you can follow your order step by step from its tracking page.
- Groceries and bundles: these are our fastest deliveries.
- Electronics and appliances: these can need a few extra days of preparation.
Order tracking
Every order has a tracking page with its live status. We email you at the key moments (payment confirmed and delivery). If you have an account, you'll also see it under My orders.
The recipient
The buyer pays from abroad and the recipient receives the order — the person receiving it doesn't need an account. Make sure the recipient's contact phone is correct: we use it to arrange the delivery.
