Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can browse and buy as a guest. An account gives you order history, saved payment methods and frequent recipients.
Who receives the order?
You pay from abroad and choose a recipient. The person receiving it doesn't need an account; just their name, phone and address.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to all 15 provinces. You give the exact address during checkout.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). The checkout total is exactly what is charged to your card.
How do I know my order's status?
Every order has a tracking page with its live status, and we email you at the key moments. If you have an account, you'll also see it under My orders.
Is paying by card safe?
Yes. We process payments with Stripe; your card details travel encrypted and Mercadete never stores them.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Depending on the order status, yes. If an order is cancelled or a product is unavailable, we refund your original payment method. Write to us as soon as possible and we'll help.
